A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

美國國務院日前正式批准向巴林出售F-16V戰機，巴林將向美國採購19架F-16V新機，並將現役20架F-16 Block40升級為F-16V。由於當初F-16V戰機的研發計畫由台灣出資，因此這筆軍售獲利台灣可得到分紅。
除了F-16V戰機的採購與升級外，巴林也同時採購AN/AAQ-33「狙擊手」(Sniper)目標標定莢艙、AIM-9X響尾蛇空對空飛彈、AGM-88高速反輻射(High-speed anti-Radiation Missile，HARM)飛彈等裝備與武器彈藥，另外還有相關維修、人員培訓等支援，採購合約總值為38.6億美元（約新台幣1160.1億元）。
洛克希德?馬丁公司在2012年宣佈將研製F-16戰鬥機的新型號-F-16V，V是英文單詞「Viper」（腹蛇）的英文縮寫，新型號將裝備AN/APG-83型主動相控陣列（AESA）雷達、新型機載電腦、Link-16資料鏈加強通訊能力，並對飛行員座艙進行修改。
中華民國空軍展開「鳳展專案」，耗資1100億元，將現有的145架F-16A/B升級至F-16V，並採購AIM-9X飛彈。空軍F-16A/B機隊於2017年1月開始由漢翔公司執行性能提升，每年約25至28架，包括路克（Luke ）空軍基地的F-16A/B也將返國由漢翔公司執行，預定2022年全部執行完畢。
F-16V升級後，能夠大幅提升空軍面對解放軍新一代戰機的作戰能力。當初F-16V戰機的提升計畫，原本將由台灣與美國出資，但是美國空軍後來放棄升級計畫，由台灣出資38億美元，因此依照合約，未來任何國家採購或升級F-16V戰機，台灣都可得到分紅。

大聯盟國聯季後賽，繼昨天在關鍵第4戰轟出滿貫砲後，國民外野手Michael A. Taylor(泰勒)今天(13日)又從小熊先發投手Kyle Hendricks手中敲出3分砲，幫助球隊取得4：1的領先。
昨役在8局上，小熊牛棚出現問題，先是Jon Lester開始出現疲態，接手的Carl Edwards Jr.又控球不穩，在滿壘的情況下，終結者Wade Davis面對Taylor被敲出滿貫砲，一棒將比數給完全拉開，最終國民贏下重要的一場勝利。
而小熊此戰一開始雖然就靠著Anthony Rizzo的滾地球打回首分，但之後國民很快的展開攻勢，先是Daniel Murphy敲出陽春彈，之後在一、二壘有人的情況下，Taylor再度將一個吊高球給掃出全壘打牆外，讓球隊超前比數到4:1。
算上昨天最後一個打席，Taylor連兩打席都開轟，灌進7分打點，成為球隊該系列賽的打點王，恐怕是一開始所有住宿優惠人都始料未及的。
